Defford cum Besford Village Hall

About Defford Village Hall

In 2002 it became apparent that the old existing village hall was no longer fit for use and required extensive renovation and the Hall Trustees decided that the best option to serve the village requirements would be a new purpose build hall.

A new site and new  modern energy efficient building were proposed and fast forward to today and we have one of the best equipped halls in the area.  With outstanding views over Bredon Hill, its own disable car parking, use of 30 parking spaces in the adjacent village car park and set in its own grassed area the result is a spectacular building suitable for many types of events and functions.

Today the hall has regular societies booking over 90 hours of hall time each month.

Defford Village Hall serves the rural communities of Defford and Besford in Worcestershire and is available for hire.  The hall is also used as a base for regular society meetings.
